New Yoooooork

was fantabulous. Seriously. Never in my life had I seen a celebrity, and now I’ve seen about 20. Never had I been on TV, and now I was on national TV. My mom and I stumbled upon the Sex and the City 2 premiere, where we got to see all of the stars of the movie and then some arrive. I saw Matthew Morrison from GLEE on the subway. And then we went and saw the Today show. We were on air for a minute too.

But, to completely nerd out on you here, I think the best part was going to Book Expo of America. Oodles of free books, just for going. For a book lover to be surrounded by thousands of books, as well as people in the publishing industry, it was pure heaven. I will definitely be going back, but next time I’m coming up with a better alias.
